Lickability

Lickability is a software studio in NYC that builds iOS apps for clients like Jet, The Atlantic, Meetup, and more. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. They also list iOS, macOS, Mobile Apps and Software Engineering, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Lickability is based in New York, New York and founded in 2009. Their site is lickability.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
