Modal Networks

Modal Networks offers network system integrator and IT support services. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. They also list Information Services, Network Security and Wireless, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Modal Networks is based in Sacramento, California and around since 2007. Their site is modalnetworks.net.

Our checklist for this category: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Modal Networks well, your review carries weight here.
