TechThinkTank

TechThinkTank is an IT solution company that offers cloud computing, strategic IT consulting, and software development services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Cloud Computing and Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

TechThinkTank is based in Orlando, Florida. Their site is techthinktank.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with TechThinkTank, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
