Cloud 23

Cloud 23 is a software development company that provides consultancy, migration, DevOps, and storage services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and DevOps. They are a large team, 501 to 1,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

Cloud 23 is based in Glenpool, Oklahoma and founded in 2008. Their site is cloud-23.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
