Techtroid

TechTroid specializes in IT and software development for small to medium size businesses. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Network Security. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Techtroid is based in East Providence, Rhode Island. More on techtroid.com.

Our checklist for this category: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Techtroid well, your review carries weight here.
