Sogolytics

Secure, web-based feedback management platform improving customer experience, collecting product feedback, and growing employee engagement. That is the short version of Sogolytics. The job it does: running projects, docs and workflows in one shared workspace.

It makes the most sense for teams that want fewer tools. As a mid-sized product team themselves (201 to 500 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Sogolytics is based in Herndon, Virginia and around since 2013. More on sogolytics.com.

Things worth asking about: automation limits, permissions, and per-seat cost at scale. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Sogolytics well, your review carries weight here.
