Online Advisor

Online Advisor offers services to assist individuals in finding financial advisors. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention EBooks and Management Consulting. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Online Advisor is based in Colorado Springs, Colorado and around since 2000. More on onlineadvisor.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
