Cobalt

Cobalt is a PtaaS platform for security and development teams as well as infuses manual security testing with transparency. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

Who is it for? Mostly companies without a full security team. They also list Cloud Security, Enterprise Applications, Penetration Testing and Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 201 to 500 people, which usually shapes who they work with.
