PROARC

PROARC is a leading organization that adopts Agile for DoD government acquisition programs. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. Related areas on their profile: Architecture, Enterprise and Industrial Engineering. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

PROARC is based in White Marsh, Maryland. You can read more at proarc-inc.com.
