TEC Solutions

Tec Solutions is a security consultancy that provides camera, monitoring, security, and access control system solutions to its clients. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

Who is it for? Mostly companies without a full security team. They also list Electronics, Homeland Security and Sensor, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

TEC Solutions is based in Hoboken, New Jersey and founded in 2001. More on tecsolutionsinc.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
