Sprockets

Sprockets is a SaaS company with a sophisticated solution to hiring the right applicants. The job it does: running projects, docs and workflows in one shared workspace.

Who is it for? Mostly teams that want fewer tools. As a mid-sized product team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Sprockets is based in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina and around since 2016. Their site is sprockets.ai.

Things worth asking about: automation limits, permissions, and per-seat cost at scale. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Sprockets, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
