Lucid

Lucid is an IT solutions provider that specializes in offering digital marketing, web designing and development services. In practice that means designing and building websites and web apps.

The natural audience is companies that need a site that works and ranks. Alongside the main category they mention Advertising, Web Design and Web Development. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Lucid is based in New York, New York. You can read more at store.lucid.nz.

Things worth asking about: portfolio, CMS choice, and who maintains it afterwards. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
