The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Data Services and Cloud Management. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

RapidScale is based in Irvine, California. You can read more at rapidscale.net.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
