MakeBuzz

MakeBuzz is a provider of customer profile information. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

MakeBuzz is based in New Orleans, Louisiana and around since 2001. Their site is makebuzz.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know MakeBuzz well, your review carries weight here.
