NextAce

NextAce is an information technology company offering data extraction services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Analytics and Big Data, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

NextAce is based in Orange, California and founded in 2003. More on nextace.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with NextAce, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
