Optwise Corporation

Optwise Corporation is dedicated to building off the shelf and custom optimization and scheduling solutions. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consumer Electronics. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Optwise Corporation is based in Fremont, California. You can read more at optwise.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
