The Mac Observer

The Mac Observer is a Mac news platform that features news, opinions, tips, and reviews on Apple and Mac products. Put simply, it is about scheduling posts, replying to comments and reporting across networks.

Who is it for? Mostly social and community managers. They also list Communities, News and Social Media, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

The Mac Observer is based in Durham, New Hampshire and founded in 1999. Their site is macobserver.com.

Before you commit, look at which networks are supported and whether approvals are built in. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
