Spiral16

Here is Spiral16 in plain terms. Internet Monitoring Solution/Service. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Analytics, Social Media and Virtualization. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Spiral16 is based in Overland Park, Kansas and around since 2007. You can read more at spiral16.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Spiral16 well, your review carries weight here.
