Bridgewater Digital

Bridgewater Digital provides review management software for businesses seeking paperless workflows and online reputation management. In practice that means running multi-step campaigns that react to what people do.

Who is it for? Mostly marketing teams with more than one channel. They also list Business Process Automation (BPA), Content, Customer Service, Data Visualization and Digital Marketing, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

Bridgewater Digital is based in Clearwater, Nebraska and founded in 2017. More on bridgewaterdigital.com.

Things worth asking about: CRM integration, lead scoring, and how fast the learning curve is. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Bridgewater Digital well, your review carries weight here.
