AnyMote

AnyMote is a software universal remote app that allows all smart-phone users to control all their IR and WiFi devices. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consumer Electronics, Smart Home and TV. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

AnyMote is based in Palo Alto, California. You can read more at myuniversalremotecodes.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know AnyMote well, your review carries weight here.
