MGS Associates

MGS Associates is a consulting firm that specializes in the analysis, implementation, and documentation of custom applications software. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and Telecommunications, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

MGS Associates is based in Bedford, Massachusetts. More on mgsnet.net.
