Series Code

Series Code is a software development company that provides cloud applications for start-up companies. In practice that means handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

Who is it for? Mostly IT departments. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Infrastructure and IT Management. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Series Code is based in Denver, Colorado. Their site is seriescode.com.

Things worth asking about: self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used Series Code? Rate it.
