Ramy Infotech

Ramy Infotech offers staff augmentation, IT consulting & software development services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Staffing Agency. As a mid-sized company team themselves (201 to 500 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Ramy Infotech is based in Santa Clara, California and around since 2010. Their site is ramyinfotech.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Ramy Infotech, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
