Kodevent

Providing custom software development and IT staffing solutions. Your trusted partner for software outsourcing. That is the short version of Kodevent. Put simply, it is about handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

The natural audience is IT departments. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Graphic Design and IT Infrastructure. As a mid-sized product team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Kodevent is based in Sheridan, Wyoming. You can read more at kodevent.com.

Before you commit, look at self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
