CodeX

CodeX is a custom web application and software solutions provider company. Put simply, it is about running reviews, goals and feedback on a regular cycle.

The natural audience is people teams and managers. They also list Application Performance Management, Blockchain and DevOps, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

CodeX is based in Irvine, California and around since 2015. You can read more at codexnow.com.

Things worth asking about: review templates, goal tracking, and anonymity options. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
