Grotto Networking

Grotto Networking offers consulting, development, and education services in telecommunications and beyond. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Analytics, Consulting, Data Visualization, Education and Telecommunications. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Grotto Networking is based in Fremont, California. More on grotto-networking.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
