Garrick Solutions

Garrick Solutions is a business consultancy that offers data analytics, process improvement, and strategic transaction services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Garrick Solutions is based in Miami, Florida. More on garricksolutions.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Garrick Solutions well, your review carries weight here.
