Publictivity

Publictivity is the online social workspace that allows small businesses to better organize and share information. Put simply, it is about running projects, docs and workflows in one shared workspace.

The natural audience is teams that want fewer tools. Alongside the main category they mention Collaboration, Messaging and Web Development. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Publictivity is based in Palo Alto, California. Their site is publictivity.com.

Before you commit, look at automation limits, permissions, and per-seat cost at scale. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
