IT Minds

IT Minds is an IT company that provides cloud operations, strategic consulting, and digital transformation services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Analytics, Cloud Computing and Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

IT Minds is based in Irvine, California and around since 2007. You can read more at itminds.net.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with IT Minds, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
