Petesoft

PeteSoft is a software company that specializes in custom software application development along with mobile/web apps & consulting services. The job it does: designing and building iOS and Android apps.

The natural audience is businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Mobile Apps, Open Source and Web Development. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Petesoft is based in Provo, Utah. Their site is petesoft.com.
