Computer Solutions

Computer Solutions is an IT consulting firm that offers remote monitoring, management, consulting, backup and disaster recovery services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and IT Infrastructure. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Computer Solutions is based in Marion, Virginia. Their site is marioncs.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Computer Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
