Novotx

Novotx offers workflow design, consulting, mapping, and gis services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and Mapping Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Novotx is based in Syracuse, Utah. You can read more at novotx.com.
