Craig Technologies

Craig Technologies is a nationwide engineering, technology and manufacturing firm. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Manufacturing. As a mid-sized company team themselves (201 to 500 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Craig Technologies is based in Merritt Island, Florida and around since 1999. Their site is craigtechinc.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Craig Technologies, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
