Merge Information Systems

Merge Information Systems is an information technology company that offers systems security, VoIP, and cloud computing services. Put simply, it is about assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Computing, IT Management, Network Security and VoIP. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Merge Information Systems is based in Chicago, Illinois. More on mergeis.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
