Rochdale Paragon

Rochdale Paragon is a consulting and software firm, specialized in strategic planning, enterprise risk, and vendor management services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting and Risk Management. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Rochdale Paragon is based in Overland Park, Kansas and around since 2006. Their site is rochdaleparagon.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
