Grantsforce Solutions

Grantsforce Solutions is a business information technology firm with solutions for Education, Government and Healthcare organizations. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Information Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Grantsforce Solutions is based in Naperville, Illinois and around since 2007. You can read more at hermelle.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used Grantsforce Solutions? Rate it.
