Advanced Network Professionals

Advanced Network Professionals is an information technology company that offers technology consulting and IT services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and IT Infrastructure, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Advanced Network Professionals is based in Spencer, Iowa and around since 2017. Their site is getanp.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
