Tallwood Technology

Tallwood Technology is an IT company that provides software, hardware, VoIP and network infrastructure installation services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Hardware and VoIP. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Tallwood Technology is based in Jacksonville, Florida and founded in 2008. Their site is tallwood.net.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Tallwood Technology, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
