JBM Technologies

JBM Technologies is a custom software developer that also offers a range of operations management applications. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Service Industry, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

JBM Technologies is based in Hammond, Louisiana. More on jbmt.net.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with JBM Technologies, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
