Ekan Solutions

Ekan Solutions is a technology solutions and consulting firm that offers software development, education, and customer support services. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Consulting, Customer Service, Education and Software Engineering, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

Ekan Solutions is based in Woodbine, Maryland. Their site is ekansolutionsinc.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
