Thread HCM

Thread HCM is a workforce solutions firm that provides SAAS services payroll, compliance, applicant tracking and admin services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting, Human Resources and Office Administration. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Thread HCM is based in Alpharetta, Georgia and around since 2003. You can read more at threadhcm.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Thread HCM, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
