Professional Consulting Technologies

Professional Consulting Technologies, LLC offers management and support services in IT, security, risk, and compliance. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

Who is it for? Mostly companies without a full security team. They also list Consulting and Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Professional Consulting Technologies is based in Akron, Ohio. You can read more at procon-technologies.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
