Aptanx

Aptanx enables you to take advantage of the BI tools that are already in place at your company. The job it does: posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

The natural audience is recruiters and hiring managers. Alongside the main category they mention Analytics and Recruiting. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Aptanx is based in Denver, Colorado. Their site is aptanx.com.

Our checklist for this category: job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Aptanx, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
