Novexcel

Novexcel is a small business that focuses on providing IT services and solutions. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Project Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Novexcel is based in Gaithersburg, Maryland and around since 2006. More on novexcel.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Novexcel, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
