Rapini Managed Systems

Rapini Managed Systems provides small and medium-sized businesses with a broad spectrum of Information Technology support services. Put simply, it is about assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. They also list Information Services, Penetration Testing and Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

Rapini Managed Systems is based in Minnetonka, Minnesota. Their site is rapini.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Rapini Managed Systems, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
