Affiliated Computer Services

Affiliated Computer Services provides BPO and IT outsourcing solutions. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting. They are a very large team, 5,000+ people, which usually shapes who they work with. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

Affiliated Computer Services is based in Dallas, Texas and around since 1988. Their site is acs-inc.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Affiliated Computer Services well, your review carries weight here.
