Boxfish

Boxfish is a patented suite of text analytics and AI algorithms engineered to extract relevant, hidden audiences. Put simply, it is about moving data between systems on a schedule without hand-built scripts.

Who is it for? Mostly data and ops teams. Related areas on their profile: Analytics, Big Data, Content, Real Time and Search Engine. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Boxfish is based in Palo Alto, California. Their site is boxfish.com.

Our checklist for this category: connector coverage, sync frequency, and row-based pricing. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Boxfish, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
