Boston SoftDesign

Boston SoftDesign is an IT solutions, consulting and software company. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Boston SoftDesign is based in Newton, Massachusetts and around since 1999. Their site is bostonsd.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Boston SoftDesign, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
