Potomac Haven

Potomac Haven is a management consulting firm that offers communications, marketing, digital, and IT business consulting services. In practice that means running campaigns, content and ads for clients who do not have an in-house team.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized businesses. Alongside the main category they mention Digital Marketing, IT Management, Management Consulting and Marketing. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Potomac Haven is based in Arlington, Virginia. Their site is potomachaven.com.

Things worth asking about: who does the work day to day, reporting cadence, and contract length. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
