Pro River Tech

Pro River Tech is an IT service firm that provides staffing, managed backup, application hosting, networking, and security services. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. They also list Information Services, Security, Staffing Agency and Web Hosting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Pro River Tech is based in Colorado Springs, Colorado and founded in 2011. You can read more at prorivertech.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Pro River Tech, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
